OAPEC Secretariat General took part in the 10th Middle East Refining and Petrochemicals
Conference and Exhibition “Petrotech 2016” held in Manama, Bahrain from 26 to 29 September
2016 under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin SalmanAl Khalifa the Prime
Minister of Bahrain. The conference’s slogan was “Together for Industry, Government, and
Education Excellence”.

Oil and Chairman of nogaholding,
the investment and business
development arm of the National Oil
and Gas Authority (NOGA), opened
the conference and welcomed the
distinguished guests at the 10th Middle
East Refining and Petrochemicals
Conference and Exhibition. The
Minister then reviewed the most
significant challenges facing the
petroleum industry in light of the
declining oil prices. HE Al Khalifa
